THANKSGIVING APPLE POUND CAKE......
2 c. sugar1
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
3 c. diced apples
Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Then add dry ingredients.
Add vanilla, raisins, nuts, coconut and apples.
Pour into tube pan or bundt pan.
Bake 1 & 1/2 hours on 325 degrees.
ICING:
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
Put in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Pour over hot cake.
