Lemony potatoes

Lemony Potatoes

Ingredients
Lemony Potatoes
Metric Ingredient/ Imperial
750 ml/3 cup medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
30 ml/2 tbsp olive oil
75 ml/ 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 ml/ 2 tsp crushed garlic
- coarse salt & freshly ground pepper to taste -
5 ml/ 1 tsp dried basil

In a baking casserole; add potatoes. Toss with remaining ingredients. Bake in preheated 375 F (190 C) oven for approximately one hour. Stir gently once half way through baking. Serves 6
