Fastest Cake In The West!
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 & 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can cherry pie filling
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Procedure
Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 pan. DO NOT GREASE.
Bake at 350' for approximately 35 minutes.
Very moist cake. Serve with HUGE dollop of whipped cream!
